Message from the President It is hard to believe we are getting ready to enter 2008. We have worked hard to give our members either something new and exciting or something old that you forgot about because you just do not use that specific skill in your practice. Each year we volunteer our time trying to reach our members and meet their needs and desires. Please feel free to either go on the PROS website, email us or call any board member with any ideas. You are welcome to attend any board meeting or mailing and bring your suggestions. Each year we elect new board members. Participating on the board is a great way to meet new people and grow in many ways. You would be surprised at the opportunities that arise as a result of volunteering as an officer. I never thought I would have be able to share the knowledge I have learned through the years but last year I was able to lecture at the Wills conference which was a wonderful and scary experience. I have worked at many workshops in the past but to work on a Powerpoint presentation along with a hand out was truly a rewarding experience. Remember life is all about personal growth so make sure you attend our meetings this year. You will be surprised at what you learn. Have great year. Susan Ward, COA
