Ophthalmic Technician
Established Ophthalmology practice located in Jenkintown, Pa. seeking an experienced ophthalmic technician. The successful candidate will be reliable, efficient, able to multitask, and have excellent interpersonal/phone skills. Candidates should be familiar with the work up, testing for diagnosis and treatment of cataract, glaucoma, corneal, and retinal problems. Duties will include patient workups, history taking, refractions, visual acuity, other diagnostic testing, surgery scheduling, and assisting physician in minor procedures.
